Founded by Ronda Prince, Pretty Girls Rock began as a calling to create something real. A place where women could simply be—without performing, competing, or proving. A place to lead, to be seen, and to be celebrated.
We’ve worn many crowns—at home, at work, in life—and through it all, we continue to show up.

A WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT
I want to take a moment to share my WHY with you.
I believe—deeply—that this is our time. Yes, there are many Pretty Girls in the world, but together, we hold so much more power than what’s on the surface. We carry stories, strength, and purpose.
My mission is to shatter the myth that women can’t rise together. That we can’t build, lead, and heal while holding each other up. That we must compete instead of connect.
At Pretty Girls Rock, we choose to eliminate bias, break down walls of judgment, and embrace every woman—because not every girl feels like she’s a Pretty Girl, but she should. We see her. We honor her.
I believe that belonging isn’t just a desire—it’s a necessity. In this world, we all need a tribe. A safe place to be seen, to feel supported, and to grow without apology.
